He also drew attention to Yerevan's intention to use the CSTO mechanisms in the settlement. This decision was made in Armenia after an armed clash with Azerbaijani forces on the border. Clashes in the Syunik region of Armenia and the Kelbajar region of Azerbaijan have been going on for six months already. As a result, where the administrative border between NKR and Armenia was located, a border of two warring states appeared.
